Placing An Order
Placing an order on our website is easy. Once you have selected your item(s) click the "Add to Cart" button and you would be transferred to your shopping cart. If you are not transferred to your shopping cart, you can click on the "View Cart" button located in the top right corner of our website. You would be required to register with us to complete your order. If you have previously ordered with us you can also login at this point. Your billing information and shipping address from your previous order would be stored. For new customers you would be required to provide your billing information and shipping address. Once all your information has been stored proceed to checkout. You can enter any coupons/promotions or gift certificate as you checkout in the provided area. Please note that you can change you "Ship To" address at anytime. Please click on edit shipping address to change your shipping address if different from your billing address during checkout.
Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All payment are processed through PayPal
PayPal Members: Please note that depending on your funding source, some payments recieved through Paypal may take an additional 2-5 days to clear.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks in U.S. Dollars are also accepted.
International customers, please note that we only accept International Money Orders drawn on foreign banks and postal services in U.S. dollars. Your order may not be shipped until your check has been cleared.
Order by Phone
You may place your order by phone between our business hours. Feel free to contact customer service to assist you with placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders are usually processed same day, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For same day processing, orders placed after 3:00PM EST are not processed until the following business day.
Canceling An Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 973-519-1622 within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order has been packed it cannot be cancelled.
Order Confirmation
Once you have completed your order please click on the "Review your Order" button to review and print your order. You will also receive a copy of your order or payment confirmation via email. This would confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Please make sure that you have provided your email accurately during registration. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your junk/spam mail and add our address sales@toughnerdtoys.com to your email's safe list. If you still have not recieved an order confirmation, please check your online account with us or contact customer service at 973-519-1622.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. All orders placed or awaiting payment would be listed here. You can also use this feature to retrieve the tracking number of your shipment. If there is any change in the status of your order you would be immediately notified via your registered email.
